Supermarché runs an online shop under the internet address www.supermarche.co. All orders placed by you via the website and our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order.
We do not accept conflicting terms and conditions of the customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.
2. Delivery and shipment
Worldwide shipping is provided via a range of courier and postal services. Supermarché bears the risk of transportation.
The delivery price will vary from order to order, depending on the shipping method and destination.
3. Shipment to non-EU countries
If you are ordering from outside the European Union, your order may incur additional charges based on the policies of your country. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty or import tax. If you are unsure of your country’s policies, you can estimate additional charges using this calculator.
4. When will my order be shipped?
The merchandise will be dispatched every Friday after an order has been placed.
Payments can be made via credit card or PayPal.
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Returns are not accepted, but please get in touch with Supermarché at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any problems with your order.
We are happy to provide a no-shipping option for those able to pick up their order from our office in Barcelona. Please email us at email@example.com to arrange a pickup.
