1. General

Supermarché runs an online shop under the internet address www.supermarche.co. All orders placed by you via the website and our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order.
We do not accept conflicting terms and conditions of the customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.

2. Privacy policy

We use your contact details (name and e-mail address) exclusively to inform you about our products and events through our newsletters. We also use your complete contact information whenever a purchase has taken place, and for the sole purpose of processing the shipping of your package. We do not share or sell your details to any third parties.

3. Delivery and shipment

Worldwide shipping is provided via a range of courier and postal services. Supermarché bears the risk of transportation.
The delivery price will vary from order to order, depending on the shipping method and destination.

4. Shipment to non-EU countries

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, your order may incur additional charges based on the policies of your country. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty or import tax. If you are unsure of your country’s policies, you can estimate additional charges using this calculator.

5. When will my order be shipped?

The merchandise will be dispatched every Friday after an order has been placed.

6. Payment

Payments can be made via credit card or PayPal.
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

7. Returns

Returns are not accepted, but please get in touch with Supermarché at contact@supermarche.co if there are any problems with your order. We’ll happily refund or exchange a product if it is damaged our faulty.

8. Discounts

We are happy to provide a no-shipping option for those able to pick up their order from our office in Barcelona. Please email us at contact@supermarche.co to arrange a pickup. We also offer occasional discount codes and promotions through our social media, so make sure to follow Supermarché on Facebook and Instagram to be up to date.
